Sea Whip is OK!!!

It is OK to be with a sea whip... nice photo taken by marine bio teacher Fra-and Quimpo of rexel in Medina, Misamis Oriental... a sad thing happened to the tower at agutayan shoal, knocked down by the recent november storm in northern mindanao...the bantay dagat personnel is having a hard time now manning the sanctuary without the tower...
